Verified Renter My apartment is everything I was looking and hoping for. A patio that faces East. A fireplace. And plenty of windows. The grounds are perfect for walking my dog, who also loves it here. We're both so happy and hope to remain here for a long time.

Verified Renter It’s to expensive and way overpriced for what the apartments offer. They should have a dog park gated area, things where you can put your cigarette butts, and more security. I don’t feel like any of my vehicles are safe.

Verified Renter Love my apartment but there are some renovations I would love to be done. The kitchen cabinets are peeling, I thought it was real wood but it’s not and the hot tub that once was here has been filled in with concrete and it upsets me. I really would love a hot tub for what we are paying to live here. The parking sucks, you can buy a parking space it within your budget or pray you find a spot after work. Verified Renter We previously lived in this community in 2015, we loved it. Quiet, beautiful, and great location. We had to move out for a few years because of financial troubles, but moved back last year and it still feels like home.

Verified Renter Nice place to live! Quiet. Love seeing everybody's dogs just need to pick up after them please. Hallways, etc could be better maintained...cobwebs, spiders even though now charging montly for pest control.
