Verified Renter Staff and maintence are great. We love the apartment and the balcony we love the creek and the trees and the squirrels. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms fits our needs perfectly. It is also quiet and we don't have a ton of neighbors because the apartments are spaced well and there is one one person living above us. Where it is lacking is the single panned windows our excell bill is too high because we cannot keep our place warm or cool enough with poor window quality.
