The worst Living here was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had, from application to move-out. I applied for a specific vaulted-ceiling unit. Two weeks before move-in, the office admitted they “forgot” to order appliances, so my unit wouldn’t be ready. Their “solution” was to push me into an “upgraded” unit for the same rent, but I couldn’t see the layout until move-in day. Verified Renter My experience at Canyon Chase has also been great. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and always goes over and beyond. Maintenance is always friendly and always helpful and whenever I submit an order, they’re always fast to help. Ground are always clean and safe! I highly recommend this place to live
