I was a bit concerned when I read some reviews regarding poor delivery service. I was moving into a new apartment and had to ensure the furniture was delivered on the day of our move. I went ahead regardless and was exceptionally impressed with the level of service provided by Canterbury furniture. They were very honest in what they said and pulled no punches although they were seriously late with our order they phoned at regular times and could not be more opologetic Nice people to deal with
I have purchased 10 beds, 4 wardrobes and 2 chest of drawers for rental properties. The quality is superb and the fact that they offer an assembly service, and remove and dispose of the old furniture, has set them apart from others.The prices are very good and they turned up with the items exactly at the pre-agreed times, which was essential as we did not have the time to wait around all day for a delivery.
Excellent choice of products, really pleased with the quality of dining room chairs that we purchased. Also excellent customer service, will be recommending to anyone looking for new furniture and will be back next time we need something.
More than happy with this company, twice have ordered Pine Furniture for my bedroom and now the living room, first time a slight delivery delay by a day or so but they kept me informed, second time they called to arrange delivery 2 days earlier than expected! Good quality and good prices could not ask for more
