Excellent service when the work was completed 5 years ago. However roof shows a small crack and will need a repair. I’m unable to contact CANOVA by phone, email or via their website which seems to have been taken over by casino advertising. I fear they are no longer trading and so my guarantee is worthless.
I wish I could give more stars! The team have done a superb job of replacing the old polycarbonate roof with a new insulated fibreglass one. From beginning to end it was an excellent and stress free experience; Mark was excellent at overseeing the process and keeping in touch with us along the way. Canova replaced a leaking polycarbonate roof with a new insulated GRP roof, complete with spotlights, which transformed the conservatory. We would recommend Canova without hesitation.
