Haven’t been under this service for a while, so can’t speak as to how they are currently, but my previous experience was overall fantastic. Care coordinator Carmen is kind, hard working, enthusiastic and compassionate. My mental health had never been as good as it was under their care. The other staff were all friendly and kind, and the psychiatrist was passionate about giving high quality care.
I have been support by CMHT Canon House on & off for over two decades. I have found this small team very supportive & empathetic. I must be very lucky with my mental health support as I have read some very unhappy reviews. I think everyone at this clinic are professional, supportive & very helpful with a lot of varying services. Thank you CMHT you are a lifesaver peace.Pete
