Cannon Appliance has been servicing my appliances for years!! They are very honest and dependable!! I would definitely recommend them!!
They (very quickly) were able to help answer a question and provide a solution for an appliance replacement part that is no longer made by the manufacturer.
They've had to reschedule me 4 times now because my part hasn't made it for my refrigerator display. It did one of those times, but someone ordered the wrong one! They have the info in their computer, how is this hard? I've completely changed my schedule around so I could be home and now no one can come out. They lady told me the part didn't make the delivery on Wednesday. Today is Friday. Why didn't you call me on Wednesday? I'm irritated.

We have rescheduled you for 12/04 the next day following scheduled part arrival for first call of the day. We do apologize again for the issue and frustration this has caused due the the warranty manufacture not supplying the part in a timely matter and the missed appointment due to the part and notifications about the ongoing delay. These people ruined my friends fridge over a small repair and are taking no responsibility, they are deleting her comments and review. Take care of your customers and get better ratings. Replace the food that was ruined when you damaged her fridge with your so called repair
My experience with Cannon's appliance Service has been nothing but exceptional, their technicians are extremely knowledgable and qualified in the field of appliance technology and their punctuality and customer service is first class, recently Mr Cannon took it upon himself to come and repair our washing machine at 7 pm on a Monday night knowing that we would have gladly waited until the next day he insisted on coming out to make sure our needs were met, he and the admin staff are very professional ,courteous and offer first... read more
