I showed up on New Year's Eve with a critical refrigerator problem. The office was already closed for the holiday. Mr. Cannon himself just happened to be leaving the property when he saw me sitting outside. He was kind enough to turn around and go back inside and spend several minutes with me helping me find the part that I needed. I am very grateful for that kind of customer service.
