This is probably the worst service I've had with a company. We were supposed to have an appliance repaired last Monday. The part did not come in. So we wasted a day off. Fine, things happen. We were supposed to have this appliance fixed again today at 3:30. No one comes. When we call, we're told our technician is late and will be here between 3-5pm. It's now 6:34 pm on Monday October 9th. We've not had a technician, nor have we had a call that he is not coming and we need to reschedule again. Very unhappy with this "service"... read more

New in town, and i am glad i found you guys! Tech was great, and showed up on time and fixed my refrigerator same day. Highly recommend!!!:)
