Technician came out to diagnose the issue, it took 2 weeks for them to come in the first place and another week to get the part, so 3 weeks in we still don’t have a functional washer. After the technician left in a hurry on a Friday afternoon he stated he “fixed” the issue with the part. We do apologize for the issue. We will send the tech back out today asap. The dispatch system just looks for soonest availability. But in this case we will certainly get the tech there asap. We will find out how the drain hose came back out and reattach it to prevent any more issues. We currently are switching phone systems to prevent the issue with ringing busy, since all 6 lines we have stay used all day through these holidays. RecommendedOn-line scheduling was very easy, confirmation came quickly. Technician was efficient and had everything needed to repair our dryer. Will definitely recommend Cannon Appliance Service.
They have worked on several of my appliances and different brands and have fixed them.
I have to say Jake from Cannon was excellent showed up with a great attitude and was considerate of our Client. The price was exactly what was quoted, and he even helped me put everything back together. If you're looking for quality work in a reasonable timeframe, I would go with Cannons!!

They do not follow though on appointments or on communication, i Have had to call multiple times to get some sort of response from the, and that includes being hung up on twice. I was just now informed that they have my ’next’ Appointment documented which I knew nothing about because again they have not called me. I highly recommend avoiding Cannon if you have a choice. Unfo I needed repair work on my washer that is under warranty and had to use them.
Our first appointment (on a Wednesday) was cancelled promptly by them, due to sickness of their repair person. We rescheduled for the following Monday and he showed up about 10 minutes after Cannon’s called to let us know someone was on their way. The young man, Tyler, was very professional and seemed knowledgeable. Hopefully the manufacturer of our dryer will stand behind their product and send a replacement. We would contact Cannon’s Appliance Repair again, if needed.
