Super fast - very professional service people!!
I have always depended on Cannon Appliance for all of my appliances!! I have been a loyal customer for at least 20 years. Every problem I have ever had has always been solved and taken care of quickly! I value their customer service!! I highly recommend them. 💯 They genuinely care about their customers and their appliance needs!!
They were supposed to be doing warranty work for my neighbor who is 78 years old. She's been waiting three and a half weeks for her refrigerator to be fixed. since right before Christmas . They had her part in a week ago but told her they weren't going to fix it until the following weekend? nope nope nope! Won't use them

Chris was GREAT - first appointment he professionally assessed the problems with my initial installation and noted a need for some additional parts to complete repairs he did not have on his truck so I needed another appointment which was scheduled right away. Lady called my wife at 4:04 today explaining Chris s was running late and would be at my house close to 6. My wife said she could leave work right then and there to be home but the lady assured her that Chris wouldn't be here until close to 6. Fast forward to me getting home at 5:31 and I have this ripped paper saying he was here at 5:05. No call or anything.
