I walked in a smoker and walked out a non smoker. Len took his time to explain to me how hypnotherapy works, dispelling a few myths and gave me the confidence I needed to have a truly successful experience.
I saw Len to help with slow but steady weight gain that I couldn't control and the loss of confidence and depression that came with it. It changed my life. It's now been 6 months since my session and I can honestly say that something in me totally changed that day. I've lost the weight and have developed consistently healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes, regular exercise, better sleep etc. Most importantly - there's been no struggle - it's been easy. I've seen Len twice. The first time was to stop smoking after Len was recommended by a friend who also gave up with him.
