Ordered a gourmet cheese, wine & meat basket for my son’s 40th. The order included 4 upgraded different cheeses which we knew he would appreciate. Delivery was spot on the day, however, he received 3 cheeses of one make and one other. When I asked why they said that the cheese we ordered were all out stock so they sent 3 cheeses the same & according to the small print they can substitute them, which I understand but all of one type!!!
Gave me less an half of a refund after not delivering my order because they’re unable to follow simple directions. I spent $110 on absolutely nothing!
Usually I do not write reviews but for this one I must write one for the level and quality of product and service provided by this company. I ordered for 2 baskets for my colleagues and called the customer service since i wanted them to be delivered on urgent basis. The representative Paul was really kind and helpful and ensured that the gifts reached on time. The quality and quantity of the baskets are awesome and I strongly recommend purchasing from canadas gift baskets for any occasion.
