The care and service received from the entire staff at the Falls & Syncope service at the Belsay Unit has been exemplary, specifically Alison Brown and Dr Kerr, but also the helpful and pleasant reception staff, Debbie is the only name I remember. Attentive, kind and caring in these difficult times for the NHS.
Had appointments with nurse. Went very well
Thank you to everyone in Belsay Unit from Dr James Fritz , Anne and Amey(nurses) .. the receptionists ..outstanding care, professionalism and diagnosis-tests for longstanding vertigo. 👌🙏
I have had need to use many different clinics on this site. All have been excellent, timely and thoroughly professional. Parking is however a NIGHTMARE! There is a lot of parking, however 90% of it is staff only and you'll be ticketed of you use it. Always arrive 15-20 soon to park.
