As tenants in the same property for 10 years, without major problems or incidents under Whitton & Laing, I can honestly say what an utter disappointment it is since Campions took over. They exhibit no appreciation for the fact they are dealing with human beings, nor do they show consideration for a tenant's basic right to feel safe in their home. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Campions Lettings and Management, now acquired by Chase Buchanan. For the past four months, they have failed to address a serious mould issue in our rental property. Despite sending multiple contractors to assess the problem, the quotes provided to the landlord have been consistently rejected. The company has done nothing to resolve the issue and has repeatedly lied, claiming that the contractors are not providing quotes and that they are chasing them up. This has caus... read more
