Arranged several appointments but " forgot " to tell me they had cancelled, on every single one. Paulina must be related to someone in the company. Again no idea how a business should be run. Improper out of scope VAT charges. Claiming management fees on empty properties. If you are a landlord, stay away. TOTALLY USELESS.
