We'd talked about our dream of owning a motorhome for years and luckily this year we had the means to fulfil it. EXCELLENT post sale service. We bought a VW T5 in August 2025. When we took it for a test ride, Antony had to jumpstart it. After we had committed to buying, he put in a new engine battery for free just to be sure. The van has no heating so he gave us a gas heater and bought a collapsible stool to support the fold out bed. After we'd bought it, the leisure battery didn't seem to be charging so he put in a new one for free. The first time we used it the fridge didn't seem to be working. He took the van back to test it. We purchased a van from Anthony, he assured us advisories would be done. But he started to back track after the deposit was paid. We did get worried when we kept asking was this advisories done as promised and he feigned ignorance and he just kept on feigning ignorance (I’m busy I’m driving I’m on holiday 🙄he made out we were bothering him but at 12k wouldn’t you be worried!) and we lost a hell of a lot of trust at this point and should of backed out. Bought a motor home from anthony very nice person to deal with very helpful we didnt feel pressured anthony showed us all round the motor home and explained everything we needed to no about the motor home and we are very happy with it
We purchased a van from Anthony, he assured us advisories would be done. One wasn’t as he said his mechanic says it’s a common advisory we said we’d like it to be done as we were doing a 3k trip to Spain. (Wheel bearings) we had to pay for it to be done apparently he was doing us a favour. Got the van eventually the heater didn’t work along with lights and his response was well it’s been laid up but his big selling point was it’s had a full habitation check and everything works???
