perfect. have had NOTHING BUT help and kindness. clean to a fault. appointments made easily. doctors and staff top notch. grateful. cant believe the low score. people mostly review if they had a (rare) bad experience i guess. they saved my soon to be brother in law's life literally. so theres that too...

It's a joke, my appointment was 2pm got here at 1.45 and at 2.45 I'm still sat here, the receptionist just sat there as I watch other people get seen.. I suffer with bad anxiety and depression absolute joke of a place..
I recently moved back to the village and with my work hours the days the surgery is open is impossible for me to get there. I also was prescribed my medication in town had reviews but there is always something missing from my prescription. The staff are lovely and professional but as I live outside the village it is hard for me to get there. The doctor also tried to change my medication which I've been on for ages from the doctors in town. I just think I'd be listened to and respected more in the surgery in town l.
