Fiona is the go to for all your aches and pains especially sport related. I suffered for years with sciatica and Fiona pinpointed the source of the problem and sorted it within 3 sessions using her fantastic trigger point release. She is always happy to help and squeeze you in if possible, but be aware she is always booked out so best getting an appointment in early.

Really sore and stiff shoulder last year and went to see Fiona. A combination of Bowen, Myofascial Release, Hot Stones and being trussed up like a chicken at the end of the session (with kinesiotape) relieved the pain and was able to move my shoulder and lift stuff within a day.
