Absolutely disgusted by the behavior from the reception today, I left traumatized have NEVER been treated with such disrespect in my life they blamed me for their own mess even if I am sick I would still avoid this place now I will avoid it at any cost

Absolutely unacceptable treatment. My [relation] has been in excruciating pain for days while waiting for her surgery. Her medication was changed, but it’s not working. She was supposed to get stronger pain relief if needed, yet when she couldn’t take it anymore, we went to the hospital. Instead of helping, they told her to book an immediate GP appointment. Would give 0 stars if possible. I was with this clinic since I was a child, however very rarely see a doctor and have changed clinic now. The attitude from the receptionists is a disgrace. Waited for over 1 hour on the phone only to get through to very RUDE RECEPTIONISTS who think they are qualified to give medical advise down the phone in place of the doctor. Unfortunately rudeness is a common theme with this clinic these days.
