Great at inspection. But to be honest once they'd closed the deal and we'd signed the contract, they were unresponsive and unsupportive across the majority of matters during our tenancy. One example, we spent many weeks securing our broken fridge closed with a chair, many months using a mattress with the springs coming through, before they finally reponded despite the many times we'd raised the issues.
Couldn’t recommend more! So happy I found Paula from Campbell residential. She was so attentive and great at dealing with our process of finding a place and then moving in. She’s also lovely and it was so nice to have a chat! The search in general was getting stressful and exhausting then I got in touch with Paula and it was a breath of fresh air. Thank you very much for all your help. We’re now all moved in and no issues before, during or after moving in.
