After cleaning the house and leave spotless woth all the lightbolbs working, and garden taken cared of and expanding the shed. They had the audacity of charging for a light bolb, gardening and cleaning service. Took 180£ of my deposit. Claming that walls were not claen. I told then in numerous inspections that the paint in thehouse would come off if i clean it. They still charged me and paid no attention to what i said. If you dont care to receive your deposit this agency is for you

Rented a property for a few months with Campbell and Dean. The area was rather rough and this was not made obvious even though the letting agency knew since this was supposedly the reason the previous tenant had left. The place was dirty upon move in day and minimal effort/cost was spent to have it ready for tenants. The place had a lingering smell which I struggled to get rid of, wallpaper that was just painted over (and peeling), mismatched paint on the skirting boards and walls and plenty of other examples. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY My parents and sister have both used this company for previous lettings. Seemed all ok initially until any issues cropped up which were never dealt with in a professional manner. Unfortunately a lot of stress resulting in my sister having to sell her house. Do not use this company for a rental or landlord!!! I had the most stressful months of my life being a landlord, using this company. No professionalism whatsoever or respect from the cheeky staff and owners. I paid for maintenance checks and i couldn’t believe the lack of standards this company have, my house was absolutely wrecked and filthy.
