Extremely professional, did the job on time and as promised. Did not try to 'upsell' as another contractor did. Cordial. I would hire him again for any future problem.
Service was prompt and efficient. Doug listend to my concerns and did not pressure me to buy more capacity than needed. The unit functions beautifully.
I can't say anything negative; Doug is very professional and personable. He spent time discussing what I really needed and didn't try to upsell. After initial installation (he even works along w/his crew) he returned for some adjustments to make it 'perfect'.
Doug was great. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone. He did a great job and sold me the right system after explaining all the options and educating me on the AC system. He even helped prepare all the necessary documentation for the tax credit and energy rebate. Plus, you get the benefit if having the owner do the installation and all customer service. That's rare in the AC industry today.
Mr. Campbell was very professional and friendly working with us in relation to purchasing the new system, providing documentation for our insurance provider and assessing our ducts to ensure whether more work was needed or not (as indicated by another vendor). He stayed within budget and schedule in delivering our new system. We would be happy to hire him again.

Great service and info on equipment
Seemed very knowlegable, found a bad capasitor, replayced and worked fine. He did a check of the system while he was there, no other problems. He's now my A?C guy for spring/fall checkups.
Mr Campbell is excellent. He was very timely and went to work immediately. He assessed the situation then took immediate action. We slept in a warm house that night! He is very down to earth and is truly their for the customer.
