Even though Doug had a full work day planned he made time to stop by and repair my system. It was late in the day and 100 deg. plus outside but he completed the repairs quickly and with expertise.
Presented all options well, sold us only what we needed, explained his system well, always in touch until day of installation, did good work and helped assist with recommendations of a good quality filter and where to get them. His warranty on labor and parts is excellent.
Mr. Campbell was very courteous and altho was busily installing my new heat pump would always take the time to answer my many questions about the new system.. The installation was finished to my satisfaction..I am now awaiting for him to send me the American Standard registration

Doug was on time and there was no wasted time during the installation. My experience was very positive, Doug showed me how to operate the thermostat and furnished the documents necessary for my CPS rebate, before he left. There was a follow-up call to make sure all wash good. My wife and I are very satisfied.
I found the website easy to use and was quite impressed with the timeliness of the response of the pros. The work seems to be first class. Doug was very knowledgeable.
