Love the quality equipment as well as quality customer service. Would go with Mr Campbell any time again and again. Airtron and some other companies were overcharging and replacing when it was not time yet to do so. Mr campbell did a quick fix and said not to worry about the full replacement of the inside and outside air conditioner system. I called him back when it was time and had a new complete air conditioner system up and running within 2 days.
Overall professional, quality work. However, I found the cost for what Doug did outrageous ($125). He fixed a leaking A/C drain pipe and checked out the furnace. It only took him about 10 minutes to complete, and he only used a few pieces of tape, some glue, and about a foot of pipe insulation. Almost immediately after he left, he called me back to let me know not to call him if I had any other issues with the system, as he doesn't know how to repair Ruud systems. Doug replaced my heating and air condition units. Doug and his helper were very professional and the job was impeccable and at a very competitive price. They are some of the most professional and clean and caring people I have ever hired to work in my home. Highly recommend these guys!
Good quality work , trustworthy owner.
My A/C stopped working and I called Dough. He said he would be by in a while. He worked me in, it was within 2 hours he had the system working and the house started to cool. This was just another example of his great service.
My A/C stopped cooling, I called doug and he worked me into his schedule. He arrived and quickly found the problem and corrected it. He is always very prompt and professional.
Mr. Campbell is so friendly and professional. He quoted us well under other contractors and provided quality work and equipment. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a/c or heating work. We had a complete removal and replacement of outside a/c unit and attic furnace. Call Mr. Campbell! He always answers his phone! 😊👍
