Although the manufacturer was not able to deliver a new unit for 3 weeks after I ordered one, Doug had a temporary unit installed at no extra charge on the thrid business day, which was great.

Mr Campbell took the time to find out what I needed and wanted and what I could afford. I only replaced the inside unit at this time as it was older and totally clogged. He installed a great unit that works with the existing unit outside and that will work with a new unit later. It is obvious to me that Mr Campbell takes pride in his work. Mr. Campbell arrived promptly and within a few minutes had my a/c system up and running cool. I also have a second system that was operational but symptomatic, and he was able to fix that issue as well. Both my systems are aging but have some service life left in them, and he was content to get both systems running up to par. He was easy-going and never pressured me to get a brand new installation. Will Fix It initially came to my home and deducted that I needed a new system. They then tried to sell me a state of the art system at a cost of $10,00. I could not afford that, but I did agree to buy a system worth $4,000. The tech Will Fix It advsed that they would not be able to install the unit until the following morning at 9:00 a.m. Will Fix It did not show up at 9:00 a.m. Despite numerous calls to Will Fix It and several voice message left on their answering machine, Will Fix It never showed. Campbell A/C provided excellent work. Upon arrival Mr. Campbell had my A/C up and cooling within minutes. Most of all, I was so impressed and grateful for his quick arrival (within 2 hours!) to service my A/C unit. I will be calling Campbell A/C again and recommend him to all who need this type of service.
