He was very knowledgeable about the different units available and didn't try to "make us" buy anything. He listened to our concerns and found the right unit for us.

very personable -- Doug took the time to check out our old system and then went over the recommended systems, pros and cons as well as answered concerns we had. He and his crew did a great job on installing the new system, ensuring there wasn't a mess, and then explaining the thermostat and operation of new system. Very good and neat work! Fast and knowledgable.
Mr Campbell checked our a/c unit, refilled the freon .. and then came back at another time to determine where the leak was. He was professional and courteous at all times.
