I used Campbell Air to repair my air conditioner and replace my heater in the past, and I liked his work. This time I had a leak in an air conditioner pipe. Doug inspected my unit, cleaned the drain line, and tightened the pipe to prevent future leaks. As with his previous work, he was on time, worked quickly, and explained the job to me very effectively. I definitely recommend Campbell Air conditioning and will use him again myself.
Doug Campbell was great. Even though he was very busy, he managed to squeeze us in and fixed our problem quickly. He also told us how to avoid the problem in the future as well as checking the central unit for us.
He took the time to explain the situation with my AC and made appropriate recommendations.
