I came into this a bit perturbed due to a poor installation of the previous system by another contractor, which inevitably caused failure and replacement needs. I made contact with a few contractors to compare work, systems and prices. Thank goodness that I decided on Campbell Air! Extremely happy with Campbell AC. After speaking to several companies we were completely impressed with Doug Campbell's professionalism. Upon the initial contact, he was more than happy to discuss our AC problem in detail and was the ONLY company that didn't become vague and elusive when it came to disclosing possible costs. Doug is a Pro! I wasted time and money trying to get a deal on fixing my HVAC. Someone even told me I had to replace my unit. Turns out I had an electrical problem than Doug fixed in a couple of hours for a really good price. I would highly recommend Campbell A/C. Thanks for the excellent work Doug.

Super fast response to my call. Professional, reliable, and REASONABLE!!! I won't think twice about recommending Mr. Campbell to my friends and family. I was worried that I would be taken advantage of but he did absolutely NO upselling and he was able to make repairs on items therefore saving me the cost of complete replacement.
