Love living here! It's in a booming neighborhood surrounding the Nationals park. There are tons of competitive apartments/condos (existing and in construction) that pretty much offer the same amenities as CSC, but CSC stands alone in terms of nearly every unit having their own balcony. This may not seem like a lot, but when you are truly comparing... the extra square footage of the balcony makes a difference.
