From day one when I first walked into the leasing office without an appointment, to living here for more than a month, I have only had positive experiences with the staff. They're the best part about living here. We love living here. The staff has become family to us; my two little girls especially love Ms Cathy, Mr Frank, and Ms Andrea in the front staff. The maintenance team, Pasoun, Jose and Rene are professional, proactive and quick to respond to all of our requests. Thank you for being a great team and for making the transition to city living feel right.
I wanted to take a moment to say how satisfied I am with the exemplary and timely service I always receive from Jose on the maintenance team. For example, when my car in the garage had a totally flat tire, Jose came to save the day. It was after hours and on the weekend, but he went out of his way to help me. Camden South Capitol Apartments = the best! I moved in last month, and it's such a wonderful place to live! From Trevor in the leasing office to Cathy, Frank, Caroline, Helen, and Kevin at the concierge's desk to the entire maintenance crew (Jose, Pauson, et al) - everyone is fantastic.
