RecommendedWe toured this place but we decided to move to another building. We loved Camden Brickell but did not want to be too close to a busy street with restaurants and nightlife. The leasing consultant who gave us a tour was amazing. She was the only one who followed up with us twice right after the tour. I think this is what makes our experience unforgettable.
Love living here. Office team is great -. Happy I went with Camden Brickell, which is arguably the best location in Brickell/Downtown Miami area. It is literally across the street from Metromover, Metrorail, Mary Brickell Village, and has a ton of walkability. Camden Brickell is fantastic for commuters that do not want to drive.
The staff is great. I love Tiffany at the front desk. She's always been available to help us with anything we need. But she's not the only one. The other front desk people are very friendly and the maintenance staff is great. They've been doing a lot of reconstruction. I'll be glad when it's finished but the end result is going to look fantastic.
Love living in Camden Brickell! It hasn’t even been a year, but this is definitely home. We were living overseas before moving to Miami, but everyone was able to help us coordinate virtual tours, move-in logistics and everything else without ever seeing the place in person. We love how big our apartment is and the price is actually reasonable for the amount of space you get. Absolutely. I've been here at Camden Brickell since August 2015. One of the best things is the people, especially the Assistant Manager, Eve Jacobson. Everyone is extremely friendly, nice & helpful but Eve goes above & beyond. She is my go to person. She is always responsive, always great! Yeah, Eve!!!!
I wish I had met Lucy earlier because she facilitated all and promptly our request for during our lease time. It was always done in a very professional manner. Camden leasing company can surely claim her as a great asset to their Camden family. We are leaving but my family that visited us during out stay were impressed with all the facilities around.
Jamie is so nice and helpful! She is from out of the area so It is nice to meet a friendly face who has experienced a transition we were about to start. We have been here 1.5 months and have enjoyed our time. The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
