I love this building! Tiffany at the concierge and Maidel in the leasing office have made my experience here genuinely fantastic. They are very accommodating and professional. They've made me feel at home instantly from the time I've moved in. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking to move to this area! 5-stars!
The staff at Camden Brickell make it so nice to be a resident here. They truly take care of the residents and do what they can to ensure the community is safe and happy. Stephanie and Eve in the leasing office and Tiffany and Christina at the front desk are wonderful truly make the building feel like home. With great restaurants, bars and fitness options all in walking distance make it a prime location in Brickell to be.
Everything. But Talking to Stephanie Melgares, the leasing consultant, was a great pleasure—every phone call and email. She addressed all of my questions and concerns with great knowledge, care and a positive attitude. She’s patient and can go into detail for a while if necessary. She makes living at Camden Brickell even more inviting!
JC was being really helpful and nice. He did everything he could to help fix my issue.
Fantastic building extremely well maintained and very friendly helpful staff. Between Tiffany Lipscomb and Eve Jacobson, there is no problem beyond their attention. They are always doing their utmost to attend to all of the needs of the residents. The professionals at this building deserve a lot of credit for their professionalism and hard work.

The leasing office was great helping us move in. The concierge is always very helpful and attentive (Tiffany and Christina). I have no complaints and I love living at Camden!
