RecommendedThis is my first apartment home, I have always lived in a house. Camden Asbury Village has by far made it the best experience I could have asked for. From day 1 when I moved in it has been great. They are attentive and keep the place very clean. I recommend this community to professionals who need to live in the area, it is a good mixture of professionals and college students. They even left me a little coffee mug. 💕Love it!
I just love living in this community. The site is well maintained and our maintenance staff is amazing. I have personal experience getting to know a few of the maintenance men. They have helped us above and beyond. Brandon and Randy have especially helped by carrying groceries and furniture. They’ve helped with making our apartment more vertically challenged friendly. I definitely recommend living here!!
A big shout-out to Amanda for helping me resolve issues with airplay on the fitness room flat screen last week. I had a great time working out while following the workout routine from a YouTube video! More importantly, we are lucky to have a management which is equally attentive, equally responsive and equally engaged with not just a few but all tenants (based on my personal experience). Thank you, Amanda for the wonderful treatment.
Worst living experience I have ever had in my life. When I moved in I was giving the wrong apartment. Lived in the wrong apartment for 3 months then moved to the other side of the complex to the right apartment both were on the third floor. Because I was givin the wrong apartment made me sign a longer lease because I moved to the correct apartment I was shown. Now 2 months later after lease was up get a bill for $1000 for carpets. I’ve lived at Camden for 3 years now and I can certainly say that it’s a great place to live! It’s only about 15 minutes away from downtown, 10 minutes from NC State’s campus, and right down the road from Cary. Camden Asbury Village not only has wonderful amenities, but also a wonderful staff. Brandon and his maintenance team are incredible, and they always go the extra mile to make sure that residents’ maintence needs are met.
Camden Asbury is truly home! The pool and hot tub are amazing, as is the dog park. Amber in the leasing office is always wonderful to deal with, wouldn't be the same without her!
