RecommendedEverything here is wonderful. Thabks to Drew for hooking us up with the perfect apartment. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The grounds and apartments are very well kept and clean. Should an issue arise maintenance is swift and efficient. The amenities like the pool, grill area, gym and dog park are all very clean and well maintained. I also like how they encourage community events like the dog pool day. I’m not sure if my previous review posted but I needed to make sure. This complex has been EXTREMELY amazing and top notch. They have luxurious, beautiful apartments, amenities ranging from a hot tub/pool to a grill chill out section. The staff has been quick to answer any problems/concerns and a huge shoutout to Ellen Samples who has been the icing on the cake for this whole experience. I have lived in Camden Asbury for 2 years and it’s the best ! The landscaping is always beautiful, and the pool and hot tub are amazing and relaxing! The apt is in a great location and has such a friendly staff. The office and maintenance staff is always friendly, especially Ashley! She’s always smiling, happy and friendly. My shy pup has caught on to Ashley’s friendliness and goes to the office each day to see Ashley (and sometimes get a treat too ;)) . I stopped by to get some information about the facility and the staff was so friendly! They have a wonderfully clean facility. I even had a work emergency come up that i had to take care of right away. So I took advantage of their free WIFI and was able to resolve things pretty quickly, but while doing so David W. was very hospitable and fix me a coffee from a coffee machine that stood taller then me. This complex is immaculate. Recently I've relocated from Phoenix, AZ to Raleigh, NC for a career change. While I'm from the area it has grown immensely. The area where the complex is located is still within Raleigh city limits but very close to Cary. The office staff is amazing, especially David Weikert. He was so patient and understanding with me and helped coordinate my cross country move making a seamless transition.
