Very nice people, I was in and out in bout 2 hours. I really liked their team work, check in on me, & informing me bout everything. Even after I stopped asking "what does this do" they still informed me. Big Thanks to y'all I finally got a full 7hrs of sleep and the meds are working. I should be back to new in 9 days. Thank You
Had a GSV ablation done by Dr. Yacoub and it went great. Care before and after was also great.
My dr was wonderful, waiting on my surgery prepping me was the fastest I've ever seen. Recovery room was wonderful! When I was taken to my actual hospital room it was a living hell. I saw my nurse twice in a 9 hour period. Asked for pain meds 4 times which she read off to me when meeting me that I could have which I didn't want at the time but after awhile I wanted them she said I couldn't have any and she couldn't find it on the computer! Never got a lunch tray until after 1:00 which she had to go find and the food was horr... read more
Was in the emergency room. They were all very nice and helped control my pain .thanks to all that were working on the ER dept on Sunday afternoon
The wait was very minimal. Had people waiting for testing at the door to my room. Was treated with respect from minute one until I left for home.
Was in the waiting room about 3 hrs. It was a little busy & my fiance didn't have a life threatening injury so I understand the wait. We were another hour waiting to find out what the treatment was going to be. Just have to be patient with situations like that. I think the staff was doing their best & taking care of critical & worse cases first. Though inconvenient for us it was the right thing to do.
I wish I had the option to rate different categories. The staff has been amazing. Everyone from the ER doctor to our current nurse Danielle(who is wonderful) has been very helpful. BUT, housekeeping is not doing a good job. Every where I have been in this hospital is dirty. They need some detail cleaning. Use a scub brush or tooth brush for hard to reach areas. Even the windows, doors tables in cafeteria and wooden booths are nasty.
They were wonderful and took good care of my dad
The People at the Information desk Definitely need to be more Friendly, other than That we are pleased with the Staff
