Waited 5 1/2 hrs in ER No wheelchair for my 77yr old dad and still ended up going to a different hospital. Wouldn't take my ex wife to that dump!!!!!!
Nice hospital from what I could see. Easter Sunday it was really quiet. No security to speak of like in NJ
Thinking � one of the most uncomfortable situations that I've ever found myself to be in .would not recommend anyone dealing with that hospital. I'm sorry but they treat you like cattle ,treat you like you are the disease not like you have one. Saint Francis will be the only place I'll go for anything.
Spent 12 hours n ER, admitted, room was so tiny they couldn't hardly get the bed it it. Nursing staff on 2 west was lazy and they threw their garbage in the floor. Sometimes would wait 4 hours before checking on patient. Very bad experience.
My brother in law was waiting on a room for 17 hours possible heart attack..He spent that time ER. It's just plum crazy how long it took.and my sister so slept in the floor for few hours...So needless to say very unhappy.
I was in the Er about my elbow and they x-ray my wrist.oh well .
CAMC Memorial Hospital, has the potential to be the best... Their on the way already. They have the staff, the skills and the ability to become the Hospital we need. They need to step up the care to patients on the weekend. Don't get me wrong. A few nurse's go above and beyond what they should... The others just get by... They need a special care section for cancer patients...
You need to do something about the elevators that does not work at all . And do something about the smoking in front of the building they will smoke even under the signs
