Everything was great, no long wait, all the staff was nice, and the best thing, they didn't ask for money up front, it was like they cared about you, not the money

I'm at CAMC everyday, I work here! I wouldn't take my loved ones to any other hospital!

I give my father's surgical team, pre op area and SICU 5*** however, we were also directed in the wrong way for registration, etc. The waiting room bathroom had not been attended to (6am) and by noon I finally asked for the 3rd time for toilet paper in the restrooms. Chairs in the waiting room were falling apart. Little bit of paint and cleaning would go a long way! In big need of TLC on the 2nd floor especially.

We are from out of town. Came in to visit a critically ill family member. When we arrived there was no one to guide us to appropriate area. We picked up a phone on the desk and the person told us to go right and through doors to 2nd floor, room 7. We did that. When we got there we walked and walked looking for someone, anyone who might be able to help us. We saw no one. Was more to several times. Lies to patients . Puts blame on each other, other words "pass the buck". Don't follow up on orders. Wife wE told going to get her leg bags etc . Changed yesterday, another day came bags. May need to meet with Administrater. To try and get problems corrected. People needs there job, but also needs to do their job. Will meet any time with board if want a follow up.... same bags still on her.
