I rented a room from Cambridge Room Rentals for 6 months and had a great experience. The room itself was in excellent condition and the landlord was always helpful, fixing an issues which arose promptly. I cannot recommend them enough.
Ed is a proactive, respectful and professional landlord. Despite being occupied by six people, the house never felt crowded and I rarely (if at all) had to queue to use bathrooms (of which there were plenty) or the kitchen. Cutlery, crockery and cleaning equipment were available for communal use. The house included a spacey living area and garden. Ed and Vicky are very friendly and polite landlords, from the first until last minute of my stay. Very good with maintenance of the house and responsible as they respond promptly to urgent requests. Overall: highly recommended
