I had been considering registering my cat at this practice having moved to the area recently, but after dealing with the receptionist Sharron, I will not be doing so. Her behaviour was unprofessional and unacceptable. Instead of simply passing on my questions to a qualified vet, she started giving out medical advice - something she is not qualified to do and frankly unsafe. Friendly and helpful staff, it's obvious they love cats
Ive never in my life been to an vets that didnt smell like a vets. Camridge cat clinic is another story. Extremely clean, helpful, knowledgeable staff. I was recommended this clinic by a friend and im super glad I chose this company. My kitten has just been spayed, aftercare is amazing. Detailed email, follow up call, then a visit. I was recommended to contact Cambridge Cat Clinic to organise my female cats to both be spayed and chipped. Upon arrival both the waiting area and surgery were spotlessly clean, spacious and calm. We left our girls in the capable hands of Mini who was extremely helpful and explained every step of the process to us.
