Had our tourneo taken in via direct line. It’s come back with runs in the paint. Over spray and orange peel. Clearly no QC and no pride in workmanship. I wouldn’t ever recommend and will advice direct line to find another repair centre.
Recently had to leave my car for repair after "little bump" with another vehicle. I am with Churchill Ins and this is their chosen repair centre. I can honestly say from the day I dropped it off until picking it up after repairs were carried out it was a very pleasant experience. The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.
