Never any available GPs appointments. You phone at 8am and queue is full, then you keep trying get in the queue, wait 30 minutes...no appointments! The onlibe triage form is supposedly available to complete and after 9.30, but that is NEVER available.....

I've given it one star as theres no Zero available, It's a dismal place when you go there ( that's if your fortunate enough to get an appointment, We had 2 phones constantly ringing from 08,00 until I eventually got an answer at 09,35 once to be told all the appointments to see a Dr or Nurse were gone , I have been calling daily for 3 weeks now at 08,00 actually got in the queue at 08,25 once at number 12 ,, 35 minute later told all appointments gone and advised to ho to A/E In Bangor , The place is a shambles and needs reor... read more

Telephone call, rang at 13.46. First in the queue 1 hour 4 minutes 16 seconds to answer!

Extremely rude receptionist always unhelpful kid ended up.i. hospital due to the surgeries lack of action mostly cos couldn't get past the rude receptionist even though as not turde to her another complaint fussed if you can avoid this practice
