Extremely rude receptionist always unhelpful kid ended up.i. hospital due to the surgeries lack of action mostly cos couldn't get past the rude receptionist even though as not turde to her another complaint fussed if you can avoid this practice
The NHS is under pressure and that shows at all practices. There is a 10 minute slot for submitting online requests at 8am. I find when I submit a request I am telephoned quickly with an appointment. Dr Gwydion and Catrin are both excellent.
For the 2nd month in a row I am having to run around trying to get a repeat perscription, the pharmacy tell me they requested it 6 days ago and have chased since then surgery tells me they haven't received the request absolute shambles of a surgery. When you ring you have to sit through 2mins of rubbish only to be put on hold. You can never get an appointment by phone as they say they are all gone by 8.0am
Great experience today. Filled form online at 8am, Got an appointment for 13:45 the same day. Doctor was brilliant, went through everything nicely and detailed.
Absolute shambles of a doctors can never get an appointment calling before 8 am to try get in queue to be told at 8am its full , prescriptions are always forgotten about and when I went there for a walk in just to try force an appointment there wasn't a soul in sight just all the people behind the desk .
