Really rude people. Had an issue with my flat being someone else's fault and they ignored me for several weeks . When I call to complain, they put the phone down!!!!!!!! Horrible attitude. Absolutely shocking
I live in an apartment block in Montpellier Cheltenham along with 9 owner residents. We moved to Cambray as our managing agent mid year. They have been brilliant from the start. They are very professional and responsive to questions etc. They have people always willing to help and they want to build that relationship you need. I would highly recommend them as a managing agent. Great customer service from all.
