We stayed for 3 nights as a family with young children. On arrival we were greeting with no gas or hot water. There was not valid gas certificate at the caravan and unfortunately the gas was not turned on until almost mid day the following morning. This caused unnecessary disruption given we were only there for a few days. The company refused to reimburse us for one nights stay instead offered us an appalling compensation gesture of only £30. Been booking with Camber Getaways for years but absolutely appalling customer service now you can’t get hold of anyone at the office, especially when they take money from your account without knowing what it is for as they don’t contact you beforehand, it says also that the email is monitored regularly but have not had anything back from them, feeling really let down by this as of it was an emergency who would answer!!
