Efficient and friendly service.
I bought a 3-gear Dutch style bike here for £220 and a year later it's still going strong. Love it to bits. After a couple of weeks it developed a problem with its gears, but when I brought it back to the shop the owner repaired it for free as it wasn't normal wear and tear. The same problem occurred twice more, so I went to a different shop to fix it both times, and it hasn't resurfaced since. Make of that what you will. I've had lots of bad experiences with bike shops in Cambridge, but this place is different. They discussed with me exactly what i would want from a bike and then completed one they were working on to suit my needs. I was amazed at the price and I've been using the bike for 6 months now without any issues.
