Impeccable Service – My partner purchased my engagement ring at Calvin's five years ago. The initial experience was very positive. True to the Austin spirit, they treated us with the same respect they treat any other heterosexual couple, which I appreciate. Today, I took my ring in to tighen a loose stone (something that should be done on occasion). Calvin repaired it immediately , then cleaned and polished it. The best service – We bought my engagement ring at Calvins 7 years ago. Since then I have lost weight (yippe). They resized my ring for free. They clean and check my diamonds for free any time I drop in. I wouldn't buy any other jewelry at any other store. Calvins is the one your looking for. They provide the excellent service AFTER you buy there.
Great customer service and beautifully made jewelry – My husband bought my engagement ring here about seven years ago and we were so pleased with everything about Calvin's that we went back for our wedding rings. I go in frequently for cleanings and to have the diamond setting tightened; they are always very friendly and there is never a long wait. Amazing Jeweler! – I had several diamonds in storage for years. Since I am fairly new to Austin, I asked friends and looked on line for the best jeweler in Austin who could help me design a ring. Only jewelry store in town to have the special piece I was searching for – This was my first visit to Calvin's, after having scoured most of the other fine jewelry stores in town searching for a really special ring for our anniversary.
