Felt Racially Profiled Visited on Sunday 2 November. The staff member spoke to me dismissively, then asked me to leave the store while other customers were allowed to continue to walk in. As a Māori customer, this made me feel singled out, judged and unwelcome. Sadly, after reading other reviews, I see I'm not the only one who has felt racially profiled here. Really hope this station improves how it treats Māori customers.
Most of the staff here are good and helpful, but there’s one middle-aged bald gentleman who really needs to learn what customer service and customer experience mean. Basic courtesy like a simple greeting or thank you goes a long way. What’s more concerning is his handling of LPG filling, he left the station while operating, which raises serious health and safety concerns.
