I went to refill my 9kg gas bottle, and the price was unexpectedly NZ$38.64. The display showed $3.3/kg, but they said the bottle was filled twice. I asked the senior manager if a 9kg bottle could be filled up to 12kg, but instead of answering directly, he went inside. When I was still at the counter waiting, the staff seemed to avoid giving me a clear explanation. Eventually, they gave me a NZ$9 cash refund, but I still left feel disappointed with the overall service.
