Excellent service and great staff! I would like to appreciate Yax, who works the night shift at Caltex Ōtara, for providing excellent customer service. He is always helpful, friendly, and goes above and beyond to assist customers. He also does a great job keeping the shelves stocked and ensuring customers get the best deals available. Because of his outstanding service and helpful attitude, we usually prefer coming to Caltex rather than other petrol stations. Staff like him make a real difference to the customer experience. ... read more
