Absolutely worth going. Tom does fantastic work and is very informative about the best approach to assist with the issues ailing you and the road to recovery to get you on your ways. I've had several sessions and am noticing a positive change already. Can't recommend enough .

I saw Tom after struggling with significant pain in my lower back, not being able to walk or move properly and struggling to do the most basic of tasks. Tom is a lovely guy who naturally puts you at ease with his genuine and compassionate manners. I went initially feeling uncomfortable in my joints; particularly my knees. Great care was taken to make adjustments and carefully work towards easing the concerns and limitations. I came to calm body chiropractor due to a Facebook advertisement and although slightly sceptical at the beginning once I started my regular sessions with Tom I noticed my regular reoccurring pain has passed. I felt tightness in my neck, traps, back, shoulders etc to the point I was struggling to work with the pain regularly. I have not had any flare ups or pain in the last 5 months and feel Toms helps has contributed to that.
